Just writing to THANK YOU for the professionalism, support and ongoing feedback that you gave in the selling of our property.
When we invited Alex for a valuation of our home we were greeted with a thorough knowledge of our property and all the details needed to make an informed decision on who was to sell our home. Alex was confident and very willing to support and guide us through the appropriate sates to ensure we received the best price for our residence.
Upon signing our home with PCRE, Alex sat down and spent the appropriate time with us to ensure that we understood all the paperwork associated. We were thrilled to see things move so quickly to ensure no time was wasted in the selling our home. From signing over our home to be sold on the Saturday, we had photos taken on the Wednesday, our home on the internet on Thursday and our board up by Friay. We were also grateful that an open for inspection was planned for Saturday.
